Hello!

Times just flies. My parents were here two weeks ago and now I finally have time to post about it.

We rented a car and drove around the Costa del Sol for four days. I will put photos and tell more about places we visited.

Ronda (Province of Malaga)

Ronda is a small mountain town located more than 700 meters above sea level. The historic town is one of Spain's oldest town and there also is the oldest bullfighting ring called Plaza de toros de Ronda. The town is easily explored on foot.

Gibraltar

Gibraltar is a British Overseas Territory. There are the only wild apes and monkeys found in Europe. The culture is mix of Spanish and British. English is official language (schools and official purposes) but spanish, llanito (spanglish) and portuguese are also spoken there.

The people of Gibraltar call themselves Llanitos "people of the little flat land"

Good way to get to the top of the rock is Cable Car. You can enjoy amazing view from the top and also see the wild monkeys.

Parque de Crocodilos

Of course we went to the Crocodile Park in Torremolinos. There are more than 200 crocodiles and its open 365 days a year.

We went there one hour before the closing time and were the only ones there. All the crocodiles were inside looking very relaxed and calm. One of the staff members told us facts about crocodiles and let us held a baby crocodile. It was interesting to hear about them and also see how fast they react when the man was teasing them with a stick.

We also visited the white town in Nerja, Marbella and took a walk in Puerto Banus.

Have a good weekend you all !
